Become a GenNext Leader
GenNext™ Leaders is our program for people in their twenties and thirties who make an annual contribution of $1,000 or more to United Way Toronto.
If you are like many people in Toronto, you are concerned about how the challenging economic environment is impacting the most vulnerable members of our city, and you want to do something to help.
By becoming a GenNext Leader, you join a network of over 1,700 of Toronto’s young professionals who are not only passionate about philanthropy, but also understand how their annual investment of $1,000 or more to United Way Toronto makes a direct impact on improving the lives of people in our city.
As United Way Toronto President and CEO Susan McIsaac says, “By becoming a GenNext Leader you’re making a statement: ‘I want a bright future for our city and I’m ready to do what it takes to make it happen.’ As the name implies, it means you are part of the next generation of community leaders in our city—committed, caring and seeking to do your part to address the root causes of social issues.
