PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for prizes, you must ensure all pledges are submitted to United Way Toronto no later than 4:30pm July 4, 2008. Proof of prize eligibility is required, so please make a copy of your electronic fundraising and/or pledge form to present upon prize pickup. Prizes are available for pickup from 9:30am-4:30pm August 4-15, 2008 at United Way Toronto offices, 26 Wellington St. E., 2nd Floor, Toronto ON M5E 1W9.
TEAM PRIZE PICK-UP
Team leaders may pickup prizes for their team members by submitting their list of eligible prize winners to unitedwayevents@uwgt.org at least 24 hours in advance of arriving at the United Way offices.
Team prize pickups must be made between August 4 - August 15, 2008.

$250 helps five women who have been abused begin new lives free of violence, by providing two hours of counselling. Learn more. | ||||

$500 allows two youth to attend 10 group sessions, helping them develop personal goals, improve their self-esteem and learn decision-making skills. Learn more. | ||||
| Collect $750-$999 and receive a $75 Gift Card |

$806 allows one child to attend summer camp for eight weeks to help him build self-esteem. Learn more. | ||||

United Way Toronto cannot mail/courier prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes for equal or greater value and will only issue prizes during the dates specified above. Prizes are non-cumulative and are awarded based on the categories listed. One prize per eligible participant will be allowed. Prizes are based on individual fundraising totals – not team fundraising totals. Only pledge money submitted by July 4th, 2008 will be eligible for incentive prizes.
