Mail or deliver your offline pledges in person to our offices in Toronto (do not mail cash). Cheques should be made payable to "United Way Toronto". If your donors would like to receive a tax receipt, please include their name, mailing address and phone number on the pledge form. When mailing in donations, or when submitting them on the day of your event, please issue one cheque to cover all donations.
If you have registered online, and have raised offline donations, you can still keep track of the funds and add them to your online fundraising total on your personal page. Just click "Offline Donations" and add in the amounts.*
*Manually adding your offline donations will NOT change your status from PENDING to VERIFIED. Only online donations made by using VISA or MC count toward your verified dollars. The offline tool is used strictly for your own fundraising purposes. Please send all offline donations to United Way Toronto in cheque form.

Registering on-line allows you to manage your fundraising efforts through our user-friendly online system. The site allows you to personalize your Website, join a team and send emails to your friends and family asking them to sponsor your run. Your page will update automatically so you can track your fundraising goal.
You can ask your family and friends to sponsor you by sending an email from our online registration system. This will provide your sponsors with more information about your participation in the Enbridge CN Tower Climb. Once you receive this e-mail you can forward it on to contacts from your Outlook or from your personal email account. This e-mail will include your personal fundraising address link. E-mail recipients will be able to click on this link and make a donation directly to you.
Your donors will automatically receive a thank-you from United Way confirming their donation. You can also send personalized thank-yous. Just follow the instructions on the Sponsor Page.

Please ensure that all sponsors have filled out their full mailing address for tax receipts.
