the Student Climb, Public Climb or Team Challenge and collect
pledges for great prizes. The more pledges you receive, the
more United Way can do to make Toronto a better city for us
all.

- Climb starts at 3:00pm. Participants MUST arrive
at the latest by 4:00 PM to climb.
- Each climber must collect and bring a minimum $25
in pledges to participate in the event. Please be
sure to write your school name on your pledge form
so your student campaign can be credited.

If you are already registered you can raise
pledges online or use the pledge
form.
- Registration closes 5:00 PM Wednesday,
October 10, 2007.
- Want to climb with or start your own team? Ask
your Student Council if you already have a school
team.
- Please note: Teachers
and chaperones who are climbing must be registered
for the event as part of your team (so a proper wristband
can be issued).
- All climbers must have their waiver completed
in order to climb. Download
a waiver.

- Arrive before 7:00 AM and receive a voucher for
a complimentary return visit to the CN Tower. (a $22.78
value)

- Space is limited. Registration will close 5:00 PM Wednesday,
October 10, 2007 at or when the event is sold out. Be sure
to register early.
- All climbers will receive an exclusive Enbridge CN Tower
Climb for United Way t-shirt.
- All climbers must enter at the Atrium (located between
Union Station and Skywalk) to check coats and sign waivers.
- Waivers
All climbers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by
at least one responsible adult, 21 years of age or older.
Waivers must be signed by a legal guardian prior to the
event, and by the climber and the responsible adult at the
event. Students must have all appropriate signatures in
order to climb. Student waivers are available from your
team captain or download
one here. Participants who are 18 years of age and older
can complete their own waivers at the event.
- HANDS FREE climbing. Climbers are NOT permitted to carry
anything up the stairwell: water bottles, camel packs, backpacks,
infants/children, cell phones, cameras or any electronic
devices or portable music devices such as MP3 players, iPODs,
etc. will not be permitted. This will be strictly enforced.
Fanny packs will be permitted for the purposes of carrying
identification and keys ONLY. Fanny packs will be inspected.
- Hydrating stations will be provided just before climbing
and once you reach the top.
- Coat/bag check is available in the Atrium; however, we
recommend you leave valuables at home*.
- All climbers must have their waivers completed at the
tower in order to climb. Climbers under 12 years of age
must be at least 3 feet tall and accompanied by an adult
while climbing.
