Host an agency tour
Opening your doors to United Way donors is an excellent way to profile your agency. It gives donors a first-hand appreciation of the importance of United Way funding.
Guests might want to observe programs in session, or perhaps meet clients, staff, and volunteers, if appropriate. You’ll need to recruit a tour guide who can share stories about your agency and the challenges facing your clients. Of course, you’ll want to highlight the positive changes in their lives.
