How can I be a member?

Membership is free. If you have an interest in youth educational attainment and want to connect with others in the community who work in this field, the Community of Practice welcomes you as a member. Members include United Way Toronto member agencies, a wide variety of community organizations, school boards, post-secondary institutions, researchers, and municipal and provincial governments. Please register as a member to ensure your access to all Community of Practice resources by emailing us at CoPracticeYEAP@uwgt.org.

Is membership tied to individuals or organizations?

Membership is open to both individuals and organizations. If you are registering an organization as a member, please provide a contact name. There is no limit to the number of members you can include from individual organizations. If members leave an organization but continue to work in the field of youth educational attainment, please notify us so that we can update your contact information.

What are the benefits to members?

Members can quickly connect with others who share their passion for youth educational attainment. By becoming a member and registering through our website, you will have access to our city-wide peer resource manual, receive regular updates about upcoming events, current research, and links related to youth educational attainment. Our website also allows members to post job openings and upcoming news and events and a shared workspace for those collaborating on Community of Practice projects.

Does my membership expire?

How much does it cost to be a member?
